The Kentucky Smoke Free Association was founded in 2016 in response to increasing levels of local and state regulatory interference. The KSFA immediately hired a lobbyist to represent our interests in Frankfort to great success. Over the years we have protected local vapor businesses from burdensome taxation and flavor bans while assisting in similar issues on a federal level.
Our board of directors consists of nine shop owners representing all parts of our Commonwealth. If you are one of the two hundred vapor stores in Kentucky or a manufacturer/distributor who provides products to stores in Kentucky please consider donating to our organization. Every dollar goes towards protecting the rights of Kentucky vapers.
